Kevin Adams was born in Trinidad & Tobago and migrated to the United States where he resides for most of his teenage years and his twenties.  Seven years after finishing high school and saving enough to attend college, Kevin Adams attended Brooklyn College in pursuit of a film degree.  His first experience was working on the set of music videos for Sony Music which leads to a production assistant position on dozens of music video sets by top artists. This lead to opportunities for independent films, documentary, reality shows, and commercials.  After working below the line for numerous years, Kevin Adams began to write his films and tv shows.  His films No Soca No Life and Queen of Soca are both award-winning films, while his tv shows can be seen on his VOD platform www.carnivalcapital.vhx.tv.
